At CP Balance HR we are more than ‘just another recruitment company’.  Balancing work and life can be challenging (we know), and knowing where to go for advice can be difficult.  Therefore, we can assist you with your job search, of course, but we also offer CV Services, Coaching Services, Networking events, and introductions to Legal Support.  If you want some extra assistance with any of these areas, please get in touch with the team for a personal referral.

The Right Employer

When we work with a client, we get a ‘warts and all’ overview of the role and the business.  It is important to us that we are not sugar-coating the job, location, manager or company – we want you to be making the right decision for you, and not all employers are good for all candidates.

We physically go to all of our employer sites, so we can answer all the questions you may have about the environment.  We also ensure we have a thorough job brief that includes the expectations on hours, work location, and performance measures.  We believe in ‘no surprises’.
