Existing Employee packs – One-on-one performance reviews, goal setting, job description reviews and performance management, goal setting, and career progression planning

Outplacement – redundancy support including, CV writing, one-on-one coaching on interview techniques, body language, transferable skills, and introductions to RTO’s.
