The business was established after observing the need for greater empathy with the client’s and candidate’s needs alike. Especially in relation to work/life balance, and workplace flexibility.

We acknowledge that one of the most important assets of any business are human resources and that one of the most important undertakings of any business is the addition of a new staff member.

We are equally aware that one of the most critical elements of an individual’s success in life is their career development and the impact this has on their overall wellbeing.  Accordingly, we are extremely mindful of the responsibility being placed in us when we take on any new assignment.

Balance HR operate in industries where we have developed a strong understanding of the needs and business culture of the sectors we serve. We believe that a thorough understanding of our client’s needs and the inner culture of their organisation is a prime pre-requisite for us to be successful in identifying suitably talented and knowledgeable applicants for the business.
